Private Session

Private sessions match your personal circumstances and physical abilities with your goals and schedule. Through a series, offered at a time that suits your schedule, you receive an individualized plan for recovering from injury or illness, or building strength and stamina. Typical sessions include Pilates, ballet, and modern.

Private Sessions are 50 min.
A free 20 min. consultation by phone or Zoom is included with each booking.
